Privacy at BearSight
Last updated September 9, 2026
BearSight is a small, unofficial fan project. It does not require an account, ask visitors to create a profile, or sell personal information.
Information collected when you visit
BearSight does not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. The services that host, secure, and deliver the site may process ordinary technical information—such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps—to operate the site, measure aggregate traffic, and protect it from abuse.
Information you send by email
If you email feedback@bearsight.app, BearSight receives the message, your email address, and any other information you choose to include. That information is used only to review feedback, investigate corrections, improve BearSight, and communicate about your message when an appropriate reply method is available. Individual replies are not guaranteed.
Sharing and retention
BearSight does not sell or rent personal information. Feedback may be retained only as long as it remains useful for reviewing feedback, correcting the site, maintaining project records, or addressing security and abuse. Service providers may process limited information as needed to operate the website and email routing.
Cookies and outside links
BearSight does not intentionally set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask a privacy question or request deletion of a feedback message you sent, email feedback@bearsight.app and provide enough information to identify the message.
